There are many events going on this Saturday and next weekend. Whether you are looking for an egg hunt or a visit with the bunny, just ask us to steer you in the right direction.
The Martinsburg mall is holding a Bunny Bonanza Saturday, March 23rd from 10 AM until 3 PM. Activities will include Pony Rides by Pony-To-Go, five moon bounces, music and movement presentations by local performers, face painting, mask making, art activities, games for children, and hands on fun for young children. While your children are having fun, get them registered for Pre-Kindergarten at Berkeley County Schools. There will also be puppet shows at 11:00, 1:00, and 2:30. Your child can also enter the Jolly Jellybean Counting Contest for a chance to win an Easter basket. All of these activities are free. In addition, you can go meet with the Eater Bunny, who is visiting the mall at this time.
If the mall is not your thing, you may consider having breakfast with Peter Cottontail at Sam Michael’s Park. A local tradition for many years now, this is a favorite for many among local Easter events. For ten dollars per child, they get to have their photo taken with the Easter Bunny, make an Easter craft, and join in on an egg hunt after breakfast. For the egg hunt, children are divided by age group to make things more fair, so there is no way your little one will come home with an empty basket. Join in for the hunt this Saturday, March 23rd at 10 AM. You can register here. You may also decide to head over to Wonderment Puppet for their showing of Peter Rabbit. Shows are at noon and 2 PM on Sunday, March 24th and all following Saturdays and Sundays until June 2nd.
No matter what you are looking for among Easter events, we have you covered. From egg hunting to Easter-themed entertainment, your family will have a fun-filled spring when you buy your next home here in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia while looking at the Easter events in Martinsburg WV.
